I ordered the model SL114 sofa from you guys a few months ago, the sofa is incredible!  i love it and so does everybody that has seen it. now, i really like to know if you guys  can make me a special order ottoman.

The furniture just Arrived. The Set looks great.

We received the sofa set today, it looks  INCREDIBLE.  It is beautiful, and so well built...a bit firm,  but VERY well built.   I have to say, the furniture was packed better than any piece I have ever seen,  and I don't think it could have possibly been packed better

I must say I was having my doubts -- what with scams all over the internet -- but after my above post, Jan did call me. Still, there was no receipt or paper trail or ETA and I was feeling paranoid. I think they're addressing this part of their business. Otherwise, I am absolutely thrilled with the furniture. I received it exactly 8 weeks after ordering it. The set looks exactly as pictured, and the quality is superb! As a Financial Strategist, I was very curious to see firsthand how the Chinese manufacturing would look. You know, China is purportedly 'stealing' the US's manufacturing jobs.) I've got to be honest: if this is what China is capable of, we're getting our asses kicked. Not only was the furniture top quality for half the price --but the telltale sign for me was even in the way it was packed! Fanatical detail was paid to the wrapping of each piece. I was amazed; my delivery guys were cursing! (Every little leg, edge, and corner was intricately wrapped in foam...twice!) I will gladly recommend Shangrila to others.

I have written to several of you latest customers, and they all have  responded with very nice  things to say about your company and the quality of the sofas you sell. This pleases me, since I really like the looks of several of the sofas on your website, and my husband and I are seriously considering purchasing one from you.

My furniture finally arrived Friday and they are beautiful. Thank you!

Although we got a little anxious with the long time it took to get the sofa, we are extremely happy with the quality of the sofas. Our sofas arrived today! So far we've unpacked the black sofa Model SL 114. It looks great. I purchased a leather sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman sets from.   I must tell you, my husband & I are thrilled with the quality of the set! The leather is beautiful, and the quality of the the furniture is evident throughout the pieces. I'm glad we have a big room, the furniture fills it out perfectly! The set is so comfortable too! It looks like such a high quality set, something that is made more for looks. Sitting and laying on it, it certainly tells a different story! We could not be happier, especially since we essentially purchased it sight unseen. So many times on Ebay, you have to worry about people who thrive on misrepresenting products, knowing full well that by the time it comes to your home, you won't have much choice in the matter. Absolutely not the case with your company! Even the coffee table I ordered from you looks great! I didn't realize that the end tables were not a perfect match, but they are very nice too.  Hopefully soon I will have my whole house cleaned and ready for show. I'm perfectionist and can't act again my nature and sometimes have to delay shipping of whole container because 1-2 sofas are not what I think should be. We are training production people to build your sofa best as possible and this take extra time. Our production cost are higher than similar  product sold on local  market, because we are using best available  material and sometimes we have to wait for delivery, it is not a product from the shelf. Additional to using best and more costly material, we are paying our people much better than local factories, because I require quality, not volume and our workmanship is much better than competitors. Compare design, selections, prices, quality of work.  We are working to cut total delivery time to 4-5 weeks. We deliver now by 2 men white gloves free 30 minutes home installations. WOW! you're impressiveWe love it, thank you. The only problem was in the ottoman, which for some reason came in an open box and one of its legs is broken off. I guess that is not a big problem, considering how good of deal this was.

The leg itself is just fine, Its just not attached. That is why I say it is not a big deal.

I think your company is filling a great niche.  The furniture business

is a very inefficient.  The styles are very similar and the prices are

very different. I'm glad someone is stepping up to fill this void.

People want a look, they would love for it to say B&B Italia (probably

the hippest out there) but would love to have the same piece with your

name (or Zhida or whoever your factory in china is) at a lesser cost...

..Based on what I currently know, your products and styles looks appealing.

The sofa set has had a day to sit and warm in the house and it feels so
