• Each of our furniture pieces is inspected by European trained specialists. We have a rigid Quality control program and multiple checkpoints at each production step. A copy of this program will be found on this page shortly, as well as being included in all future shipments. We also encourage that you contact us regarding your feelings, opinions, and suggestions after receiving our furniture.

• Don't be afraid of buying Chinese made furniture, you will be saving on expense, not quality. Years ago everything made in Japan was considered low quality, look at that market now. • Our sofas carry a five year warranty on the frame with two year warranty for materials and workmanship for full leather sofa and one year warranty for leather sofa with backs/sides of vinyl (known as half leather). Other Furniture carries warranties as specified by manufacturer.

• With each item being produced to order, please feel free to specify color, size, leather, and any other options that you would like customized to your needs. With our selection, your choices are almost limitless.

• With hundreds of models and tens of colors to choose from your choices are limitless. Yet, should you not see a design to your liking, feel free to send some design ideas to us. Our sofa masters can create many custom designs based on your photos.
