A seat that can be moved forward is the distinguishing feature of SL228, allowing to convert the sofa to a chaise-longue. When both chaise-longues are moved forward, SL228 becomes large enough to be used as a bed. A mechanism installed in the backrest enables its slant to be changed from a more horizontal position offering a look that is more decorative, to a vertical position that provides the back with superior comfort. Thanks to a new end unit with reclining back, SL228 is now available in a corner version that is offered in two different sizes more comfortable as it now features a new roll cushion providing the back with increased support.
